2005 1MusicNet Songwriters and Vocalist Competition's Rules & Regulations

1. Each entry must include: (a) Completed entry form. All signatures must be original. (b) CD or Cassette (s) containing 1 song only, 5 minutes or less in length. (c) All Lyric Sheets must be in English. (d) MONEY ORDERS or CHASHIERS CHECKS for U.S.$25.00 with Special Bundle Benefit (US currency only). If paying by credit card, US$25.00 will be charged to your account. All entries must be post marked by August 31, 2005 or earlier. Mail all entries to: 1MusicNet, 1626 North Wilcox Avenue, Suite 214, Los Angeles, Ca. 90028

2. Vocalist can sing cover songs including accapella. Songwriters must submit Original material.

3. Contestant may enter as many songs in as many categories as desired but each Entry requires a separate cassette or CD, entry form, Lyric sheet and entry fee. $25.00 entrants may enter 2 songs for $25.00 then $25 per song there after. If You don't choose the Special Bundle Benefit your entry fee is $30.00 each. Entry fee is non-refundable. 1MusicNet is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due or misappropriated entries.

4. This competition is open to all amateurs with out a record deal regardless Of nationality or origin. Employees of 1MusicNet and their families are not Eligible.

5. Music industry professionals including producers will choose winners.

6. Winners will be notified mail.

7. 1MusicNet reserves the right to extend the deadline of the competition.
